Print the answer sheets (A4 size), one for each group. An answer sheet consists of two pages.
Read through the answers beforehand.
Note: The building has two floors.
Answers to poster 1: ground floor
Number of students
5 x 1 = 5
6 x 2 = 12
13 x 5 = 65
Total: 82
Route
On the A4 sheet in the hallway, the route is approximately 37 cm.
The scale is 1:250.
So the actual route is 9250 cm, or 92.50 meters.
A different answer is valid if the drawing and calculation are correct.
Poster 2: 1st floor
Number of students
6 x 1 = 6
6 x 2 = 12
11 x 5 = 55
Total: 73
Route
On the A4 sheet in the hallway, the route is approximately 20 cm.
The scale is 1:250.
So the actual route is 5000 cm, or 50 meters.
A different answer applies if the calculation is correct.
